Ksenia Koroleva is assistant professor at the Department of the Decision and Information Sciences at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. She obtained her PhD in Information Systems at the Humboldt-Universitaet zu Berlin in 2012.

In her dissertation Ksenia identifies the role of social network sites in creating information value and social capital. Ksenia's other research interests include network analysis and organizational communication dynamics. In Rotterdam Ksenia is engaged with the Erasmus Center for Future Energy Business which enables robust, intelligent, efficient and sustainable energy networks of the future. 

At ISSEM, Ksenia teaches the Management Simulation course for the fourth time already.
