The course Political Economy is specially offered to German and international Students and gives an introduction into the basics of Marxism. Based on selected chapters of Karl Marx’s “Das Kapital”, in the first part of the workshop the approach of dialectical materialism and Marxist theory of value will be developed and discussed in the context of current political crises. By the means of didactically based methods we will apply the results in practical activities like the projection of movies, mutual debate, seminars etc. in the second part of the course.
