Laura studied Economics on the faculty of Economics at the University of Havana where she graduated summa cum laude on 2011. Her areas of research include Regulation of Infrastructure, Political Economy and Social Policy. She has been teaching for over 9 years the Subjects of Political Economy and Theories of Development on the faculty and all over the University.
