In this case-based workshop, students take on the role of a consulting team supporting a client facing strategic performance challenges. The objective is to identify and evaluate levers that enhance the overall economic value of the business.
Working in groups, participants will analyze the client’s situation across selected dimensions such as strategic positioning, operational effectiveness, and portfolio choices. Students will quantify impact where possible and prioritize initiatives based on feasibility and value contribution.
The outcome of the workshop is a structured value creation proposal translating strategic insights into clear recommendations.
